Speech Therapists (Including CFYs)
Occupational Therapists,

ABA Therapists (BCBAs & RBTs)

If you just sighed and thought, “Wow, that’s a lot of text,” this might not be the post for you 😄 .

We’re looking for someone with the attention span (and curiosity!) to read all the way to the end — because that’s usually what it takes to do meaningful, thoughtful work with our kiddos.

About Brain & Body Autism Center (BBAC)

Brain & Body Autism Center is not a traditional therapy clinic. We are a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary, holistic early-intervention and developmental program focused on the neurobiological foundations of autism and child development. Our model integrates Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, movement-based therapies, music, academics, school support, and life skills into a unified, child-centered program.

We intentionally maintain a small cohort model to ensure deep, meaningful work with each child. Our program has demonstrated strong long-term outcomes, with approximately 70% of children who start early successfully transitioning into mainstream educational environments. At BBAC, you will not just see short-term therapy outcomes, you will follow children across years and witness them grow, develop confidence, build independence, and transition into adolescence and young adulthood.

Exciting Growth Opportunity

BBAC is launching a collaborative integration program with a private school starting this fall. This program will focus on developing innovative methodologies, curriculum adaptations, and interdisciplinary strategies to support successful mainstreaming of neurodiverse students.

Additionally, BBAC is developing an in-house AI-powered Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) platform designed to create dynamic, context-based communication supports for children and individuals with communication challenges. Team members will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with engineers and designers to help shape this technology using real clinical insight, contributing to the future of communication accessibility. This is a rare opportunity for clinicians who want to help shape meaningful inclusive education models and innovative communication technologies rather than simply follow pre-existing therapy frameworks.

We are seeking clinicians who:

Are passionate and willing to unlearn and relearn, viewing children’s behaviors and challenges through a neurobiological lens.
• Are invested in personal and professional growth
• Think beyond protocols and are willing to problem-solve creatively
• Are genuinely enjoy working in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team — a principle that is truly lived and practiced at our center, not just a cliché phrase.
• Are curious about neuroscience, motor planning, communication development, and whole-child
intervention
• Want to contribute to curriculum development, integration methodologies, and emerging communication technologies
• Are motivated by long-term impact rather than short-term therapy blocks
• Love building and being a part of a community

We value clinicians who will go the extra mile to figure out how to teach a skill when traditional approaches are not
working.

What Makes BBAC Unique

• Fully integrated multidisciplinary therapy model
• Strong emphasis on movement and brain-body connection
• Small cohort, relationship-based intervention approach
• Opportunity to work across clinic and classroom settings
• Long-term child development involvement rather than episodic care
• Strong mentorship and interdisciplinary learning culture
• Opportunity to participate in research, curriculum development, AI-assisted communication App, and innovative program design
• And we pay above industry standards for the right candidate

Why Join BBAC?

At BBAC, you are not just providing therapy sessions — you are helping design developmental journeys. You will work alongside professionals who value innovation, curiosity, deep clinical thinking and building communities. Most importantly, you will witness children and families transform over time and be part of building inclusive education models and next-generation communication tools that truly change lives.
